Refund policy

Returns

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Include your order number and reason for return.


Late or Missing Returns

Returns sent after the 14-day window may not be accepted.


Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
